It's a small computer application that lives on your desktop and gives you regular, gentle reminders to do a simple exercise, a specific movement or a gentle stretch for just 30-60 seconds at a time. We call these "wellness microbreaks." In addition, MySpineTime™ can periodically remind you to stay hydrated by taking a sip of water so you'll be more alert and focused.
Scientific research shows that regular wellness microbreaks and good hydration are powerful ways of reducing stress and tension and increasing your energy, productivity, mental sharpness, and overall well-being. The reseach shows that a microbreak every 20-30 minutes is considered optimal, but with MySpineTime™, you decide how often you want to be reminded.
